It is a work of FRED HARVY STYLE (Fred Harvey) in the 1950s, a vintage ring made by Bell Trading Post (Bertrading Post), a workshop in Alba Khaki in the United States at the time.

The elliptical turquoise supported by the traditional split shank is a beautiful dish.

I brought it back from the United States to Japan, imagining that it will be passed on to someone's wardrobe beyond the times.
