Exchange and return of products

Regarding products eligible for return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to differences in interpretation or opinion of the product description, or due to customer convenience.

We inspect the product (for dirt, damage, stitching, etc.) before shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective, you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or the product is damaged or soiled due to an accident during transportation, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us by email or phone within 8 days after receiving the product. (If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.)

However, please note that we will check the returned item and if it is found to be in good condition, we will accept a return or exchange based on the customer's convenience.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply.

a. If 8 days have passed since the product arrived

b. If the product has already been used, or if there are signs of use after delivery.

c. If a part of the product or accessories are missing at the time of return.

d. If the customer defaces, damages, repairs, cleans, etc.

e. If there is a smell of perfume or cigarettes, etc.

f. If the item is returned without prior notification.

g. Vintage item

About return/exchange shipping charges

If there is a defect in the product, if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or soiled due to an accident during transportation, we will bear the return/exchange shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
