Shipping of products

In Japan, we will usually ship within 2-5 business days from the next business day after receiving your order (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
During the sale period, during Golden Week, the New Year holidays, etc., it may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
If delivery is delayed, we will contact you separately by email.

Items will be delivered via Sagawa Express or Japan Post Yu-Pack (not specified).
Please note that we do not accept unguaranteed mail or non-standard shipping, as we want to deliver the products you have purchased to our customers with cherished care.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to bad weather or traffic conditions.

If you would like to have the item delivered to a branch office or to a branch office, please let us know separately.

If you are unable to deliver the product, we will contact you by email or phone.

If the product is not received within a period of time after delivery, the product will be returned to us. Please note that if you wish to redelivery after we return the item, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip redelivery fee.
